  • Me and my best friend had the most amazing night, we didn't want it to end and we cant wait till the next one. It was a perfect way to celebrate our love for the night court and her 30th birthday. The location was perfect and the event it's self was amazing the night court cocktails were just too yummy we are going to try making them ourselves. From the very first planning touchpoint three months before our big day all the way through the final send-off at our wedding, she handled every detail with grace, professionalism, and heart.   • Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))

  • We’ve been raving about how our day felt like us. Zoe was such a big part of this. Throughout the event, Zoe was a constant calm and organized force. She nailed the tablescape and venue decor, going above and beyond with her attention to detail and creativity. I felt that she took the time to know exactly what we wanted. There were multiple moments where I felt she went above and beyond. I knew I could turn to her if I needed anything knowing that the event was in good hands as the evening progressed. Since we hired multiple vendors independently, the group needed organization and direction - Zoe was the guiding leader for our night. We had some unexpected challenges, she managed it all so well and prevented us from having any stress with a completely level headed and professional demeanor. I found that her communication style before, during, and after the event was thorough, caring, and honest. During our planning call, she showed in multiple ways that she cared about what we wanted out of the day and intended to really help us achieve the correct vibe.   • TLDR: Zoey helped us plan and coordinate a destination wedding from San Diego to the Grand Canyon with a Flagstaff reception. With Zoey’s help we are probably one of the few couples in modern wedding history that can say our big day went off without a single problem. Meat and Potatoes: Venue- We had a 30 person AirBnB in Flagstaff which would serve as wedding party lodging for a weekend and the site of our reception. We rented a charter bus to drive the wedding party to South Rim of GC and back. Decor- We wanted the natural surroundings to take center stage and to not clutter the venue nor reception site with excessive setup or decor. Zoey helped maintain a classy and magical atmosphere without imposing on the natural surroundings. Our table layout was essentially a U and at each end of the U moving towards the center we had multiple themes and showing important aspects of our lives. Zoey helped with table spacing and design. She even provided some personal decorative pieces to help tie together different themes. Music- We did not have a DJ. We instead made multiple playlists for different stages of the day and Zoey managed each of the playlists seamlessly. Food- We hired a local chef who provided staff for serving. Zoey simply made sure their needs were met in order to provide smooth service. Logistics- Zoey met with us on multiple Zoom calls to hear our vision. At each meeting, she gave us the right amount of food for thought/homework to do without becoming overwhelming. Zoey was even able to get us in contact with a photographer who was also amazing. Reception Dinner/final prep- After the reception dinner, the immediate wedding party and Zoey all reviewed roles to insure efficiency and timeliness. The Big Day- Zoey helped manage two separate locations with 50 guests seamlessly. We did not fall behind at any point of the day and it in no shape or form seemed rushed. Other than enjoying ourselves, Zoey made it to where on the day we just coasted. Zoey was amazing, we are truly impressed with her logistical skills. We are forever grateful to her. Thank you so much! Can 100% recommend Zoey to bring your ideas to life and make your event a cherished memory.

  • If I could give Zoe 100 stars, I would. We didn’t book the full-service package, and somehow she still showed up like she was planning a celebrity wedding. From day one, she was organized, creative, and unbelievably responsive. I could text, call, or email her at any time and she would respond quickly with thoughtful, thorough answers. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. What meant the most to me, though, was how she showed up emotionally. Wedding planning can bring up family dynamics, stress, and big feelings. Zoe was such a steady, calming presence. She always reassured me that we weren’t behind, that everything was on track, and that we were doing great. She made me feel comfortable being vulnerable during a really high-emotion season of life, and that is something I will never forget. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. If anything went wrong, I truly have no idea - because she handled it before it ever reached me. She took the time to build a relationship with our wedding party and vendors to be able to pivot without me knowing and that meant the world to me. Guests, vendors, and our wedding party all commented on how calm, kind, and on top of everything she was. She created a beautiful atmosphere while somehow making it look effortless. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about our wedding - which is every brides dream - and no doubt the experience wouldn’t have been possible without Zoe. If you are planning a destination wedding (especially in Hawaii) or really any wedding anywhere and working within a budget but still want something elevated and meaningful, hire her. If you want a planner that feels like a friend you’ve known your whole life, hire her. She is creative, strategic, detail-oriented, incredibly communicative, and genuinely cares about her couples. Zoe wasn’t just our planner - she was the reason our wedding felt the way it did and I’m forever grateful for her.
